The Certified Infant Massage Teacher Course (CIMT) is coming to the "The City of Brotherly Love”, Philadelphia, PA.
This Accredited 3-day intensive professional training, taught by Master Teacher Tina Allen, will be hosted by Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and will be held at the Roberts Center for Pediatric Research.
Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is the nation's first hospital devoted exclusively to the care of children. Since their start in 1855, CHOP has been the birthplace for countless breakthroughs and dramatic firsts in pediatric medicine.
The Liddle Kidz Foundation is proud to be working with the Integrative Medicine Team at CHOP to develop a comprehensive infant and pediatric massage program to best serve their patients, families and staff.
Philadelphia has always been known as the birthplace of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, and the city has many landmarks to visit during your time in Philly.
If you were to ask any Philadelphia native what they feel best symbolizes their city, you'll get a number of different answers. Top on the list includes The Liberty Bell. The Liberty Bell is an iconic symbol of American Independence and should be on the itinerary for anyone stopping in this historic city.
After visiting the Liberty Bell, your next stop on your historical tour would be Independence Hall.
Independence Hall is the building where both the United States Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution were debated and adopted. It is now the centerpiece of the Independence National Historical Park in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
A favorite destination for tourists and locals alike, John F. Kennedy Plaza gets its famed nickname “LOVE Park” due to its famous sculpture. Located near City Hall, LOVE Park offers amazing photo opportunities, and is an awesome place to experience culinary delights from the city's best food trucks.
But, of course, no visit to Philly would be complete without diving into a Philly Cheesesteak. The debate continues as to which is the very best cheesesteak in all of Philly. Ask the locals and you might get some surprisingly different responses. We suggest having your own taste test and deciding for yourself.
Pat's King of Steaks is where it all began - the original home of the cheesesteak which is still owned and operated by the Olivieri family. The founder, Pat Olivieri, invented the steak sandwich in 1930, and this joint has since been serving up some of the tastiest cheesesteaks in the city -- if not the world. Whether you're in the mood for wit' or wit'out, you'll be leaving this stop as a super satisfied customer.
Then there is Geno's just across the street. Geno's was founded by Joey Vento in 1966 and has turned this South Philly corner into the home one of the most exciting and appetizing food rivalries in the world. Open 24 hours a day, Geno's will help you soak in all the flavors that Philadelphia has to offer. Just make sure to order correctly or you may find yourself sent to the back of line.
